How commercial pricing works
Flat rates per item, 15–20% below our published retail pricing. Volume makes you cheaper to serve, so you pay less — that's the whole reason.
Volume tiers unlock past a committed monthly minimum.
$150 trip minimum on commercial work.
Net-30 against a PO. Signed vendor agreement before the first job.
The full rate sheet is a page long. Tell us what you manage and we'll send it.
For a lease-up or a model unit we put two or three installers on site for the day. For turnovers and amenity work it's one person, same person, who you'll have the number for. You are not calling a dispatch center.
