We tell you before we start, finish everything we can, and come back to complete it at no extra charge once the part arrives. You don't pay twice for the manufacturer's mistake.
Yes. Boxes, foam, plastic, the little bag the screws came in. It leaves with us. (We don't haul away your old furniture — that's a different job.)
Yes, and you should — tip-overs are the reason dressers and bookcases come with straps. $25 per item, free in any room a child sleeps in.
That's our problem, not yours. The price was flat before we walked in.
All of them. Most of what we build ships from Wayfair and IKEA, so we've usually seen your exact model before.
Often the same day — one customer put in a request at 1 AM and had it built that morning. Text us the box and we'll tell you the truth about today.

Someone over 18 does, start to finish. We don't take keys.
