We tell you before we start, finish everything we can, and come back to complete it at no extra charge once the part arrives. You don't pay twice for the manufacturer's mistake.
Yes. Boxes, foam, plastic, the little bag the screws came in. It leaves with us. (We don't haul away your old furniture — that's a different job.)
Yes, and you should — tip-overs are the reason dressers and bookcases come with straps. $25 per item, free in any room a child sleeps in.
